Plot Summary
Dylan Forrester, known as โD,โ is a former sociopath and ex-con who is working hard to reform himself with the help of his psychiatrist, Dr. Alderwood (Mel Gibson). He takes a regimen of medication to keep his violent tendencies in check, following strict guidance from Dr. Alderwood. However, when Dylanโs brother unexpectedly dies, D heads to the isolated island where his family lives to attend the funeral.
